By booking services with Arnold Family Mediation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees for services are non-refundable once a session is scheduled.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged in full.
   

Additional Time & Services

Any additional time beyond scheduled sessions must be approved in advance and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate. See Services page for current pricing.
 

Nature of Services

Arnold Family Mediation provides facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution support. These services:

• Do not constitute legal advice

• Do not replace the role of an attorney, therapist, or financial advisor

• Are intended to support constructive communication and decision-making

Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal or professional advice as needed.
 

Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in a private and confidential setting. Information shared during mediation will not be disclosed outside of sessions except:

• As required by law

• In cases involving risk of harm to self or others

• When all parties provide written consent
   

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Participate in good faith

• Communicate respectfully

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the mediation process
   

Limitation of Liability

Arnold Family Mediation is not responsible for the outcome of mediation or decisions made by clients. All decisions reached are voluntary and made by the participating parties.

 

Agreement

By booking and attending services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
